星際艦隊學院(Starfleet Academy)簡稱星艦學院，是星際奇旅虛擬宇宙中星际联邦轄下的軍事學院機構，培養未來星际舰队的軍官人才。許多知名的星艦人物皆畢業於此一軍校，例如詹姆士·科克、尚路克·畢凱、百科、武夫。
學院設立於2161年，即星際聯邦成立年份。學院銘辭為"Ex astris, scientia"，即「源於眾星，智識。」改寫自阿波罗13号銘辭"Ex luna scientia"，即「源於明月，智識。」而實際上，阿波羅13號的銘辭又改寫自"Ex scientia tridens"，是美国海军学院的銘辭，意義為「源於智識，制海權。」
學院校本部鄰近設於地球，加州旧金山的星際艦隊總部，雖然尚有其他校區。湯姆·派里斯上尉就是在法国马赛的校區就讀。
日本花園，位在加州洛杉矶近郊的凡尼斯(Van Nuys)市區內的Tillman Water Reclamation Plant園地內，距離上述地點約300哩之遙；其被用來拍攝舊金山校本部(見圖)。金门大桥的影像則是另外疊上去，使得地點看起來真的像在舊金山灣區內。
銀河飛龍劇集"Coming of Age"以衛斯里·克拉舍第一次嘗試就讀星艦學院為故事主軸，並且包括了許多學院入學考試的細節。
學院的校工是一名叫布斯比(Boothby)的男子，由Ray Walston演出，第一次出現在銀河飛龍劇集"The First Duty"。布斯比提供了許多建議給學院學生，也因此參與了他們的職業生涯，這些學生包括了尚路克·畢凱與凱薩琳·珍威，兩者後來皆成為艦長。
若非聯邦公民想要參加星際艦隊入學考，需要有星際艦隊中領導階級的軍官的推荐信。班傑明·席斯可為诺格寫了封這樣的信件，時間是2371年，當時諾格要申請加入星際艦隊。此事件出現在銀河前哨"劇集"Heart of Stone"。 (諾格在學院的時光，可在星艦學院漫畫書系列中見到，他是書中的主角。)

在1995年，一則故事關於此學院的计算机游戏，稱做Star Trek: Starfleet Academy，由Interplay公司與High Voltage軟體公司開發。
基於星艦學院的電視影集曾被提案拍攝，但並未真正進入製作。電影第六集(邁向未來)的早期劇本草稿曾安排了科克艦長回憶起在學院的時光。

星艦學院有兩個校區分別位於San Francisco, Earth及Starbase 1 包含校總區,醫學院分區,飛行訓練區則位於在土星軌道附近另外還 有Starfleet Marine Academy位於火星.
學生通常在18歲時進入星艦學院,修習四年的課程.在完成四年學院 課程之後,通常實習生會再修習一年的Cadet Cruise,如果想成為高 階軍官,則會再進入Command School修習兩年的課程,為成為領導階 層的軍官做準備.
在通過入學考試之後,星艦學院的學生們可在四年中學到未來在星際 艦隊服務時所需要的知識與技巧,頭兩年,學院所設計的課程: Academy's General Studies program,將為學生打下深厚的基礎.之 後兩年,學生可依照自己興趣選擇不同主修或副修領域.
成績優異的畢業生將被優先考慮選入有名的星艦任職,如:星艦企業號 班級畢業生代表還可以選擇自己希望進入的星站工作喔!
