星际舰队学院(Starfleet Academy)简称星舰学院，是星际旅行虚拟宇宙中星际联邦辖下的军事学院机构，培养未来星际舰队的军官人才。许多知名的星舰人物皆毕业于此一军校，例如詹姆斯•寇克、让-卢克•皮卡德、百科、沃尔夫。
学院设立于2161年，即星际联邦成立年份。学院铭辞为"Ex astris, scientia"，即「源于众星，智识。」改写自阿波罗13号铭辞"Ex luna scientia"，即「源于明月，智识。」而实际上，阿波罗13号的铭辞又改写自"Ex scientia tridens"，是美国海军学院的铭辞，意义为「源于智识，制海权。」
学院校本部邻近设于地球，加州旧金山的星际舰队总部，虽然尚有其它校区。汤姆•派里斯上尉就是在法国马赛的校区就读。
日本花园，位在加州洛杉矶近郊的凡尼斯(Van Nuys)市区内的Tillman Water Reclamation Plant园地内，距离上述地点约300哩之遥；其被用来拍摄旧金山校本部(见图)。金门大桥的影像则是另外迭上去，使得地点看起来真的像在旧金山湾区内。
下一代剧集"Coming of Age"以韦斯利•克拉希尔第一次尝试就读星舰学院为故事主轴，并且包括了许多学院入学考试的细节。
学院的校工是一名叫布斯比(Boothby)的男子，由Ray Walston演出，第一次出现在下一代剧集"The First Duty"。布斯比提供了许多建议给学院学生，也因此参与了他们的职业生涯，这些学生包括了让-卢克•皮卡德与凯瑟琳•珍妮薇，两者后来皆成为舰长。
若非联邦公民想要参加星际舰队入学考，需要有星际舰队中领导阶级的军官的推荐信。本杰明•希斯科为诺格写了封这样的信件，时间是2371年，当时诺格要申请加入星际舰队。此事件出现在深空九号"剧集"Heart of Stone"。 (诺格在学院的时光，可在星舰学院漫画书系列中见到，他是书中的主角。)
在进取号剧集中，星舰学院尚不存在；该时期的星际舰队军官受训于分布于地球各地的各类军事学院。
在1995年，一则故事关于此学院的计算机游戏，称做Star Trek: Starfleet Academy，由Interplay公司与High Voltage软件公司开发。
基于星舰学院的电视剧集曾被提案拍摄，但并未真正进入制作。电影第六集(未知领域)的早期剧本草稿曾安排了科克舰长回忆起在学院的时光。

星舰学院有两个校区分别位于San Francisco, Earth及Starbase 1 包含校总区,医学院分区,飞行训练区则位于在土星轨道附近另外还 有Starfleet Marine Academy位于火星.
学生通常在18岁时进入星舰学院,修习四年的课程.在完成四年学院 课程之后,通常实习生会再修习一年的Cadet Cruise,如果想成为高 阶军官,则会再进入Command School修习两年的课程,为成为领导阶 层的军官做准备.
在通过入学考试之后,星舰学院的学生们可在四年中学到未来在星际 舰队服务时所需要的知识与技巧,头两年,学院所设计的课程: Academy's General Studies program,将为学生打下深厚的基础.之 后两年,学生可依照自己兴趣选择不同主修或副修领域.
成绩优异的毕业生将被优先考虑选入有名的星舰任职,如:星舰企业号 班级毕业生代表还可以选择自己希望进入的星站工作喔!
